Latest processing technologies ensure an excellent quality

In Rio Bravo, in the centre of banana farming, Antigua Processors built from scratch a new factory equipped with state of the art processing machineries and modern ripening chambers from well-known suppliers and based on the latest process technology.

After the inauguration in spring 2014 we are processing a wide range of banana puree products to fulfil the customer needs. In 2015 we will add mango puree and mango puree concentrate to the product portfolio.

By implementing a bio gas construction (planned for 2015) we will convert the process waste of the banana into bio-gas and will show our environmentally conscious behaviour. The waste water treatment is another contribution in our ambition to protect the environment. The experienced plant and production management in combination with a skilled and constantly trained team are additional factors to meet the high self proclaimed quality standards.
